These terms govern use of the Headshot website, accounts, bookings and recreational services. By making a booking, creating an account or participating in an activity, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from this page.
Bookings and pricing
Prices, inclusions, shot counts, player requirements, slot lengths and offers are those displayed at the time of booking unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred. A booking is subject to availability and is not finally confirmed until the applicable booking process and required payment or deposit have been completed.
Participant responsibility
Participants must follow staff instructions and all arena safety rules, use required protective equipment correctly and behave responsibly toward other participants, staff, equipment and property.
Accounts and fair play
You are responsible for activity under your account. Headshot may warn, restrict, suspend or ban an account for abuse, unsafe conduct, fraud, manipulation of match records or serious/repeated rule violations.
Availability and changes
Operational, weather, safety or other circumstances can require a session to be delayed, moved, rescheduled or cancelled. We will handle affected bookings in line with the published cancellation/refund policy and applicable law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
