Headshot primarily sells in-person recreational services and bookings. We do not physically ship a paintball booking to the customer.
How the service is delivered
A confirmed booking is delivered in person at the Headshot venue for the selected or confirmed date and time, subject to booking terms, availability and safety requirements.
Booking confirmation
Where online booking is available, confirmation may be shown on the website and/or sent using the contact information associated with the booking. Keep the booking reference available for check-in and support.
Physical merchandise
If Headshot later offers physical merchandise for delivery, the applicable delivery charge, estimated timeline and merchandise-specific return terms will be displayed before purchase.
