A Headshot booking reserves a specific date, time and arena capacity. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled.
Customer cancellations
Deposits normally reserve capacity and may be non-refundable where a customer cancels or does not attend, subject to applicable consumer law and any specific offer terms shown at booking.
Rescheduling
Date or time changes are subject to availability and should be requested before the booked slot.
Headshot cancellation
If Headshot cancels a confirmed session and cannot reasonably provide an alternative, the applicable amount paid will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Weather, safety and events beyond control
Where a session cannot safely or reasonably proceed because of weather, official restrictions, public-safety conditions or another event beyond reasonable control, we may first offer a reschedule or booking credit.
Refund method and timing
Approved online refunds are normally initiated back to the original payment method within seven business days after Headshot approves the refund. After initiation, the payment provider or bank may require additional processing time before the amount appears in the customer account.
