I give Headshot a continuing, worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free permission to photograph or record me and any managed minor players I specifically include in this booking, and to edit, crop, subtitle, reproduce, publish, display, repost and use that material in Headshot’s website, social media, digital advertising and other Headshot promotional material without additional payment or separate approval for each use. This permission does not cover unrelated adult participants, who may be asked separately where needed. Headshot may keep and reuse material already lawfully created or published, subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, I release Headshot from claims arising solely from uses authorised by this permission. Headshot will not use the material unlawfully or in a deliberately misleading, defamatory or degrading manner, and rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
