Safety & participation details

I will follow the safety briefing and reasonable marshal instructions, keep required face and eye protection in place where instructed, use equipment only as directed, and play respectfully. Headshot may pause or end participation if conduct becomes unsafe, aggressive, abusive, or repeatedly ignores arena instructions. Paintball involves ordinary physical-play risks even when safety measures are followed. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for harm caused by a participant’s own deliberate rule violation, equipment misuse, reckless conduct, or refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions remains with that participant. This does not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Media details

I give Headshot a continuing, worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free permission to photograph or record me and any managed minor players I specifically include in this booking, and to edit, crop, subtitle, reproduce, publish, display, repost and use that material in Headshot’s website, social media, digital advertising and other Headshot promotional material without additional payment or separate approval for each use. This permission does not cover unrelated adult participants, who may be asked separately where needed. Headshot may keep and reuse material already lawfully created or published, subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, I release Headshot from claims arising solely from uses authorised by this permission. Headshot will not use the material unlawfully or in a deliberately misleading, defamatory or degrading manner, and rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
